General information about cookies
What are cookies?
"Cookies" are a technology used by modern websites to collect and store certain settings and technical information of the website visitor, with which it is possible to identify certain characteristics of an individual visitor. This information reveals, among other things, when and how visitors use the website and allows the company to continually improve its site. The use of cookies is a common and widespread practice of many modern websites.
The company can also use its own cookies and the cookies of its advertising partners to advertise its products and services to relevant visitors elsewhere on the Internet (i.e. not just on its own website), whereby the company does this only when granted the consent of an individual visitor to install optional cookies that are provided to the company by its advertising partners.
Agreeing to the installation of cookies can also offer you certain advantages as a visitor, such as saving your settings, filling out various forms with pre-prepared entries, better adaptation of the website to your device or your needs, etc.

Google Analytics
Google Analytics 4 measures website visits and limited interactions after statistics consent. We send page and funnel events without contact details or assessment answers. Query strings are filtered before being used in our Google events. Google receives technical connection data; its service uses pseudonymous identifiers. Event and user data in Google Analytics is retained for 14 months; this is separate from the cookie lifetime of up to 2 years. We do not send user IDs or contact details to Google Analytics. Analytics' own automatic measurement (such as page views, scrolling, file downloads and embedded video) is not limited by our custom event filter. Google signals and ad personalization features of Analytics are used only if you also allow marketing. You can use the website and book a call without allowing analytics.

Google Ads
The Google Ads tag is loaded only after marketing consent. It supports advertising measurement and, depending on the account configuration, remarketing. Advertising storage, advertising user data and ad personalization remain denied unless you allow marketing. Opening a calendar is not treated as a completed booking or purchase. We do not send contact details or enhanced-conversion customer data from this website.
Microsoft Clarity
We partner with Microsoft Clarity and Microsoft Advertising to capture how you use and interact with our website through behavioural metrics, heatmaps, and session replay to improve and market our products/services. Microsoft Clarity is operated by Microsoft Corporation, One Microsoft Way, Redmond, WA 98052, U.S.A. Website usage data is captured using first and third-party cookies and other tracking technologies to determine the popularity of products/services and online activity. Additionally, we use this information for site optimization, fraud/security purposes, and advertising.
Microsoft Clarity is only loaded after you have given your consent to statistics cookies via our cookie consent banner. The website has no first-party contact or enquiry form. Clarity runs in its strict masking mode, so text on pages is masked in recordings, and the assessment and booking areas are additionally marked for masking. Masking reduces, but cannot be guaranteed to eliminate, the capture of personal content, and we do not describe the data as anonymous. If you later withdraw your consent, the page reloads so that Clarity stops collecting; data that was already sent is not erased.
According to Microsoft's current documentation, ordinary session recordings are kept for 30 days, except that an automatic sample (1 percent of recordings or 10 recordings per day, whichever is higher) is kept for up to 9 months after those 30 days, and click and heatmap data and recordings that we label or mark as favourite are kept for 9 months. Microsoft may change these periods, and we do not guarantee deletion at a particular time. Under the Clarity terms, Microsoft may use non-personal data for its own research and product development, including machine learning.
For more information about how Microsoft collects and uses your data, visit the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
In this implementation, Clarity is not loaded on assessment, booking or confirmation pages, or on URLs containing unrecognised query parameters or fragments. Statistics and advertising storage choices are passed using Microsoft Consent V2. Advertising storage requires marketing consent in addition to statistics consent. Google Analytics 4 measures visits after statistics consent; its optional Google signals and ad personalization features are used only if marketing consent is also given. It is separate from Google Ads, which needs marketing consent.
How to manage cookies?
You can accept all, choose only necessary cookies, or save statistics and marketing choices separately. Reopen Cookie settings in the footer at any time. Your versioned choice is kept for 12 months; changes to cookie use or expiry trigger a new request. Withdrawal updates the consent signals, removes accessible first-party tracking cookies and refreshes the page to unload running trackers. Previously transmitted data is not erased by withdrawal. This site cannot delete cookies held on Google, Microsoft or Cal.com domains; use your browser controls for those cookies.
In case you want to delete cookies from your device, we advise you to follow the described procedures,by doing so, you will most likely limit the functionality of not only our website but also most other websites, as the majority of modern websites use cookies.
